- On-line Zoom classes will continue running weekly on Wednesdays from 2pm onwards, for around 90 minutes or so of lovely relaxing yoga. If you’d like to join in, please do contact me (see contact page or call 07762792864)
- If this day/time is not convenient for you, I’d be happy to set up bespoke sessions by appointment on a 1:1 basis, friends/couples or small groups to suit your needs, so please do not hesitate to discuss your requirements with me
- Monday morning meditation (MMM) is a small group running via Zoom in which we explore different approaches to this wonderful practice. There is a friendly, supportive, light-hearted group dynamic and we enjoy a little discussion and poetry in amongst our exploration of meditation practices. The group was initially set up to help some injured yogis and has proven very successful.
So, if you are interested in establishing or returning to a meditation practice, or if you have physical limitations making full physical movement too much for you at the moment (see also chair yoga below), please do get in touch
