Group class general
- Since Spring 2020 there has been one yoga session running weekly via Zoom, and, by request, this will be continuing for the foreseeable future. The class starts at 2pm and lasts about 90 minutes. Please contact me if you’d like to join (see contact page or call 07762792864).
- Additionally there is also a short Monday morning meditation session available via Zoom, suitable for all. Please contact me to discuss (see contact page or call 07762792864)
- A number of new face-to-face classes are in the pipeline for 2023, and waiting lists are now open. These are to include a chair-based class, a session for beginners/returners and a restorative class.

General Information:
Happily, no fancy equipment is really required for yoga – simply dress for comfort and ease of movement, bring a non-slip mat and, if possible, have a blanket and a few cushions (to aid your comfort), and perhaps some yoga blocks (or sturdy hardbacks) and a yoga belt (or dressing gown belt etc) if possible. Yoga is usually best practised barefoot.
